Why Snapseministeren?

Because schnapps and akvavit, like smørrebrød, are integral parts of Danish culture and are unique products native to Denmark and Scandinavia. While smørrebrød has long enjoyed a renaissance, thanks to skilled chefs who have revitalized the traditional craft, the same development has not yet fully reached the Danes when it comes to schnapps and akvavit.
