Hellstrøm Sommeraquavit is a clear schnapps flavored with Norwegian herbs such as porcini, heather, fennel flower, aniseed, seaweed and cumin collected from the Archipelago and the land on the southern Norwegian coasts.
 This summer aquavit is not barrel-aged and therefore appears fresher. The Norwegian illustrator Bendik Kaltenbornhar has designed the motif on the bottle, which illustrates the essence of the magical midsummer nights.
 Fresh inviting scent of lemon peel and red pepper. The palate, characterized by lemon, green apples and fresh pears, is very clean and fresh with a wonderfully well-balanced sweet impression that finishes dry and mineral.
 Goes well with all kinds of food from the sea – even sushi.
 Eyvind Hellstrøm, former star chef and the man behind the Norwegian Michelin restaurant Bagatelle, is also the man behind Hellstrøm Akvavit.
