After distilling our award-winning Harahorn Gin, the Norwegians add extracts of first-class raspberries and the juice of freshly squeezed lemon. All the juice and flavor of both berries and lemons is preserved and is an important part of the taste picture. Think of these two ingredients as part of the mixer and reduce the amount of, for example, tonic by approximately 15-20% compared to a classic GT. Don't forget to use lots of ice!
