Old bottle of Nordguld
 Aalborg Nordguld Akvavit, launched in 2007, is the world's first and only aquavit that contains aromas from amber – the gold of the Nordics – which has been encapsulated for up to 30 million years. Hence the name Nordguld.
 In addition to amber distillate, Nordguld also contains distillates of caraway and dill seeds. It is rounded off with aging in sherry casks, which adds depth and complexity.
 The taste experience
 The first impression offers caraway and a touch of vanilla. If you give the aftertaste time, the unique character of the amber emerges with notes that evoke associations with rosemary, pine needles and resin.
