Stockholmers' excellent aquavit is as if cut out of the bright, Swedish midsummer. You get a real Nordic aquavit produced with dill, cumin, fennel seeds and elderflower. But it doesn't stop here. The Swedes also use juniper berries and coriander, which are usually found in gin.
 The result is a fresh aquavit with a slight sweetness that evokes some memories of the great spruce forests.
