Right of Withdrawal

Snapseministeren refers to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, Chapter 3, §5, subsection 3, point 4, which states that food and drinks are not covered by the right of return. Therefore, returns are not possible without prior agreement.

Complaints

The defect rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases.
When you shop at www.snapseministeren.dk, you have a 24-month right to file a complaint if there are defects in your product. This means you may, in certain situations, be entitled to have the product replaced, receive a refund, or obtain a price reduction, depending on the specific case.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and the defect must not have occurred due to improper use of the product or any other damaging behavior.
If you send an item for a complaint, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. The email will contain information about the next steps in the process of handling your complaint.
You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you file the complaint within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs incurred when returning the item, provided the complaint is justified.

When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Include a copy of the invoice and specify what the defect is in relation to the product in question.
Note: Snapseministeren does not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar services. Always ensure that the item is properly packaged and obtain a receipt for the shipment so that your costs can be reimbursed.
